Utilization Improvement Project

Utilization Improvement Project

Year 2025
Our team successfully undertook a re-design and utilization improvement project across multiple utility systems, including the steam system, compressed air production and distribution, boiler house, and thermal systems. The factory is one of the largest and most well-known leading breweries in the SEA region.

Scope of Work (Brief Summary)
The factory has a long and proud history and has been a market leader for many years. However, with increasing daily production demand, engineering system selection and sizing became more challenging under highly competitive market conditions.
Incorrect system design or poor utilization, even in small areas, can gradually reduce efficiency and negatively impact long-term market success.
Inefficient utility systems led to reduced production capacity below daily targets, changes in product flavor that did not meet manufacturing standards, and significant financial losses amounting to millions per day.
Our team led the re-sizing, redesign, and optimization of the complete brewery utility systems, restoring production to daily targets while achieving lower energy consumption and reduced utility billing costs.
This project was successfully completed and stands as a major achievement. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the factory’s senior management, engineering team, and the Myan Steam Engineering team. Through strong collaboration and teamwork, this project became a successful example of a global greenhouse-friendly and energy-efficient facility.
Correct sizing and control may appear simple, but they have a huge impact on overall factory performance, production stability, and product flavor quality.
Once again, thank you to all teams involved. We wish everyone continued success in the future.
