How to operate HVAC ? ( ဘယ္လို ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္ၾကမလဲ ? )
HVAC ကို Design and Installation လုပ္ေတာ့မည္ ဆိုပါက ေအာက္ေဖာ္ျပပါ ပစၥည္းမ်ား က System ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္မႈ အတြက္ လိုအပ္မွာ မလြဲပါပဲ။ ယခု အသံုးျပဳထားတဲ့ ပစၥည္းမ်ား ကေတာ့ အပူ၊အေအးေျပာင္းလဲမူ ၊Thermal Expansion ကိုလည္း ခံ ႏိုင္တဲ့ ပစၥည္းမ်ားျဖစ္တဲ့ အျပင္ Global Standard Tasted Certificate မ်ားလည္း ရရွိထားလို႔ အသံုးျပဳပံု ႏွင့္ Product Brand ကို ပါ ေဖၚျပလိုက္ပါတယ္။
( 1 ) Automatic Three Port Mixing and Diverting Valve
Three Port Valve ကိုေတာ့ ပိုက္အတြင္းစီးဆင္းေနတဲ့ Fluid ကို Target Set point temperature မွ လြဲမသြားေစရန္ PT100 လို Temperature Sensor မ်ား က Controller ကို သတင္းပို႔ၿပီး လိုအပ္တဲ့ Flow ကို စီးေစျခင္း၊ System အတြင္း Circulation Pump Over Pressure Load မျဖစ္ေစျခင္း တို႔ အတြက္အသံုးျပဳျခင္း ( Diverting ) ၊ အပူ ၊ အေအး မတူညီ တဲ့ Two Fluid ႏွစ္ခုကို တူညီ အပူခ်ိန္ ရရွိရန္ ေရာေႏွာေစျခင္း ( Mixing ) တို႔ အတြက္ အသံုးျပဳၾကပါတယ္ ။ Control Valve Driving Actuator ကို လည္း Electric or Pneumatic Driven မ်ားကိုလည္း Designer စိတ္ႀကိဳက္ေရြးခ်ယ္ အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ပါေသးတယ္။

( 2 ) Pressure Regulation Controller
ARI-PREDEX ႏွင့္ ARI-PRESO ေတြကေတာ့ Pneumatic Actuator ႏွင့္ Spring Loaded အမ်ိဳး အစားေတြျဖစ္ၿပီး Process Shut-Down and Low Flow ေၾကာင့္ျဖစ္လာမည့္ Excess Flow Capacity ကို In Line Pressure မေျပာင္းလဲေစရန္ Automatic Re-circulation လုပ္ရန္ အတြက္ပါ။
( 3 ) Pressure and Flow Regulation Valve
တည္ၿငိမ္တဲ့ Liquid Flow ကို ခ်ိန္ညွိႏိုင္တဲ့ အျပင္ Shut Off ပါ လုပ္ႏိုင္ တဲ့ Valve ကေတာ့ ARI-ASTRA ပါပဲ။ Inlet / Outlet Differential Pressure ကို တိုင္းတာႏိုင္တဲ့ G 1/4″ / Pressure Gauge Stud လည္း ပါဝင္တဲ့ အတြက္ One Valve With Build In Complete PRV Station လို႔လဲေျပာလို႔ ရပါေသးတယ္။
( 4 ) Automatic Two Port Electric Control
Automatic Target temperature ကို လိုအပ္သလို ခ်ိန္ညွိထိန္းခ်ဳပ္ တဲ့ ARI-ASTRA DC ကေတာ့ တည္ၿငိမ္ ေကာင္းမြန္ တဲ့ အခန္းတြင္း အပူကိုခ်ိန္ညွိျခင္း အတြက္ Best Selection ပါပဲ။
( 5 ) Electric On / Off and Flow Modulation Butterfly Valve
ARI-ZIVA G က ေတာ့ Electric Power Sources ကို အသံုးျပဳၿပီး ဖြင့္ျခင္း၊ပိတ္ျခင္း ႏွင့္ စီးဆင္းမူကိုပါ ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
( 6 ) Automatic Air Removal From Water System
ARI – CONA က Only Mechanical Device ျဖစ္ၿပီး လွည့္ပတ္ေနတဲ့ Liquid လိုင္း အတြင္း မွ Air ကို ျပင္ပသို႔ လ်င္ျမန္စြာ ဖယ္ထုတ္ေပးႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
( 7 ) ARI-Strainer က လည္း Standard Screen ႏွင့္ Fine Screen ကိုပါရႏိုင္တာျဖစ္လို႔ System တစ္ခုလံုး အတြက္ၾကာ ရွည္ခံၿပီး ပ်က္စီးမူ နည္းေစမွာပါ။
( 8 ) Myan-Heat Package Plate Heat Exchanger Skid ကလည္း ျပည္တြင္း မွာ တည္ေဆာက္ၿပီး Steam Heated , Liquid Heated Or Cooled ကိုလည္း 100% တာဝန္ယူ တည္ေဆာက္ေပးမွာပါ ။
( 9 ) Pressure , Differential Pressure , Room or Process Temperature, Liquid and Gas Flow ကို တိုုင္းတာတဲ့ Device ေတြကလည္း လိုအပ္မွာျဖစ္ၿပီး SIEMENS ( Process Instrumentation ) မွ မ်ားစြာေသာ Sensor မ်ားကိုေရြးခ်ယ္ အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ျခင္းကိုလည္း ရရွိေစမွာပါ ။
